During our site or energy tour, we take you on a journey through history, back to our roots and to the values of Hofgut Sternen. Those who are hungry for adventure are in the right place with our outdoor adventure, which takes you into a life with and in nature for a few hours.
Our recommendation: All workshops can be perfectly combined with a family celebration, a company outing or a longer stay.
We offer our outdoor adventure in cooperation with the Kojote Academy. According to the motto “Living with and in nature” you will learn all sorts of useful things: How to make a fire, find edible plants, recognise danger. Together you will discover the unlimited possibilities of nature, immerse yourself and think outside the box.
The original tarte flambée is topped with crème fraîche, cheese, finely diced onions and bacon. At Hofgut Sternen we have refined it with original Black Forest ham and mountain cheese from the surrounding Black Forest farms. It is baked in a traditional wood-fired oven.

Swabian cheese spaetzle are known and loved everywhere. Of course, they taste best when you prepare them yourself. In this workshop, you will learn from our kitchen professional that it is usually only a matter of the right ingredients and skilful hand movements - the right choice of cheese, which in our region comes from local farmers, and the perfect technique for scraping the spaetzle.
