Adapters and chargers

You can get international adapters and chargers at our reception.

Allergy bedding

Please let our staff know if you need bed linen for allergy sufferers.
You are welcome to request additional pillows and blankets at reception.

Arrival / Departure

Your room will be available to you from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure, your room will be available until 11:00 am. You can leave your luggage at the reception until your departure.

Baby equipment

We are happy to provide baby equipment for your little ones. Please let us know if you need a baby cot. We will charge you a one-off fee of €5 for this.

Bathing bags

For a deposit of €50 you can get bathing bags for your trip to Badeparadies Schwarzwald at our reception.

Bathrobe and bath slippers

Bathrobe and bath slippers are available on request at the reception desk.

Breakfast buffet

Our buffet breakfast with regional and homemade specialities:
Monday - Sunday from 07:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Charging stations

We offer charging stations for your e-cars. The e-car charging stations are located on our premises. We charge you a flat rate of 15.00€ for charging.

Credit cards

You can easily pay your room or restaurant bill by credit card. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and EC cards.

Dogs

You may take your four-legged pets into the restaurant, but please do not place them on chairs or tables.
Dogs are allowed in the hotel room by prior arrangement and at an extra charge of €15.00 per night.  

Duvet / pillow

Please let us know at the reception if you need another duvet or pillow.

All escape routes are marked, fire extinguishers are located on each floor.

Emergency exits and escape routes

You will find an escape plan in your room. Please have a good look at it. Escape route lights show you the escape route in case of emergency. Our assembly point is located opposite the hotel.

Hotel entrance

Please always take your room key with you if you are going to be out longer than 22:00, as the outside doors are locked then.

Hygiene articles

Toothbrush, toothpaste and various hygiene articles are available at our reception.

Internet

We offer free W-LAN in the entire house. Please choose the network "Hofgut Sternen Gast".
If you have problems with your internet access, we will be happy to help you at the reception.

Laundry service
 
You are welcome to leave your laundry at the reception until 9:00 a.m. for cleaning.
We are happy to provide you with an iron and an ironing board.

Lost property

Please hand in found objects at our reception or to our staff.

Luggage

You are welcome to store your luggage at our reception on arrival and departure.

Parking spaces

Please use our own free parking spaces on the premises.

Petrol station

Approx. 3 km from our hotel in the direction of Hinterzarten, you will find the SHELL petrol station.

Pillow selection

We offer a wide selection of different pillows. Please ask our reception staff for more information.

Print

We offer secure and private printing facilities at our reception.

Reception

Our reception is open daily from 07:00 to 22:00. During these hours we are at your disposal for all your needs.
You can reach our night porter between 22:00 and 7:00.

Reservation

We will be happy to take your reservation for your next stay at our reception. You will always get the best room rate! 

Restaurant

Our SchwarzwaldStube is open for you from montay to satureday from 12:00 to 14:00 and from 18:00, our kitchen closes at 21:00.
We recommend that you book a table in advance.

Our fondue parlour is currently open for you on friday and saturday from 6 pm, from 2 pm you can already enjoy a small snack and drinks in our FondueLounge. In the evening we also recommend a reservation.

Safe

Each of our hotel rooms has a room safe.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in all our hotel rooms and public areas! Ashtrays are provided for you in front of all external doors. If you disregard the smoking ban in the rooms, we will have to charge you a special cleaning fee of € 300.00!

Telephone

Your room is equipped with a direct dial telephone. Please dial "0" for an outside line.

Internally, please dial the room number as your telephone number.

Towels

Please contact our reception if you need additional towels.

Train station

The nearest train station is in Hinterzarten or Himmelreich, about 6-10 km away from our hotel.

Umbrellas

We offer umbrellas for rent in the hotel. You can pick them up at the reception.
