You will find adapters and chargers at our reception. 

Please let our staff know if you need bed linen for allergy sufferers.
You are welcome to request additional pillows and blankets at our reception.

Your room will be available from 3 pm on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure, your room is available until 11 am. You can leave your luggage at the reception until your departure. 

We are happy to provide you with baby equipment for your little ones. Please let us know if you need a baby crib. We will charge you a one-off fee of € 5.00 for this. 

Bathrobe and bath slippers are available on request at our reception.

For a deposit of € 50.00 you can obtain bathing bags at our reception desk for your excursion to Badeparadies Schwarzwald. 

The nearest train station is in Hinterzarten or Himmelreich, about 6-10 km away from our hotel. 

Please let the reception know if you require additional blankets. 

We offer secure and private printing facilities at our reception. 

Our breakfast buffet with regional and homemade specialties is included in the room rate.

 Monday – Sunday from 7 am to 11 am

Please hand in any items you find at our reception desk or to our staff. 

You are welcome to store your luggage at our reception on arrival and departure.

Please contact our reception if you require additional towels. 

Please always take your room key with you if you are out longer than 10 pm, as the outside doors are then locked. 

You may take your four-legged friends into the restaurant with you, but please do not place them on chairs or tables.
Dogs are allowed in the hotel room by prior arrangement and at an extra charge of € 15.00 per night.  

Toothbrush, toothpaste and various hygiene articles are available at our reception.

You can pay your room or restaurant bill conveniently by credit card. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and EC cards. 

We offer charging stations for your e-cars. The e-car charging stations are located on our premises. We calculate a flat rate of € 15.00 for charging. 

You will find an escape plan in your room. Please take a good look at it. Escape route lights will show you the escape route in an emergency, our assembly point is opposite the hotel.

All escape routes are marked, fire extinguishers can be found on every floor.

Please use our own free parking spaces on the area. 

Smoking is prohibited in all our hotel rooms and public areas! Ashtrays are available for you in front of all outside doors. If you disregard the smoking ban in the rooms, we will have to charge you a special cleaning fee of € 300.00! 

We offer umbrellas for hire at the hotel. You can pick them up at the reception.

Our SchwarzwaldStube is open for you from Monday to Saturday from 12 pm to 2 am and from 6 pm, our kitchen closes at 9 pm.
We recommend a table reservation.

Our reception is open daily from 7 am to 10 pm. During these hours, we are happy to help you with any questions you may have.
You can reach our night porter between 10 pm and 7 am.

Each of our hotel rooms has a room safe.

The SHELL petrol station is located approx. 3 km from our hotel in the direction of Hinterzarten.

Your room is equipped with a direct dial telephone. Please dial "0" for an outside line.
Internally, please dial the room number as your telephone number.

We are happy to offer you a wake-up call through our reception.

You are welcome to leave your laundry at reception for cleaning until 9 am.
We are happy to provide you with an iron and ironing board.
