On 11 hectares, our adventure resort offers enough space for freedom of enjoyment. A regional country breakfast is always included for vacation guests. After all, we want to equip you with culinary delights for the many adventures in the surrounding area. On request, you can book our half-board with a four-course evening menu.
REGIONAL COUNTRY BREAKFAST: THE TASTE OF A GOOD DAY
The smell of bread rolls and an egg cooked to perfection... Wonderful! To make your vacation morning special every day, we serve only the finest in the SchwarzwaldStube: Milk and eggs from the surrounding Black Forest farms, jams, organic teas and freshly baked, crusty bread. Plus typical sausages and cheeses from the region, especially Black Forest ham, sometimes crispy fried, sometimes smoked. And as a regional extra on top, salmon and smoked trout from local waters.
As you can see, our regional country breakfast is not an everyday occurrence. And that's mainly down to our suppliers, who love the Black Forest and its nature as much as we do.

EVENING MENU IN THE SCHWARZWALDSTUBE: SURPRISINGLY REGIONAL
Why is everything on our menu so fresh, seasonal and regional? Quite simply because Hofgut cuisine is our top priority. We transform what the surrounding area has to offer into à la carte classics of Black Forest and Baden cuisine, modern interpretations and seasonal highlights of the day. A touch of ambition always blows through our kitchen, and so we like to serve the unusual, such as Hofgut tapas or soy goulas. For vegans, vegetarians or all-round gourmets: there really is something for everyone. And if you're thirsty, there's a suitable drop to quench your thirst.
