Our offering of dishes is designed to be exceptionally seasonal and regional - which brings us back to the topic of "fresh Hofgut cuisine", something our kitchen team simply places above all else!

For this, we have been rewarded with the seal of "Nature Park Hosts" and belong to the "Taste the South" gourmet caterers.

From November 27th until December 21th, 2017 our hotel restaurant only opens at 6pm on weekdays, Monday to Thirsday. Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays we are open at our regular lunch hours.

On weekdays you may enjoy lunch or coffee and cake in the cozy Black Forest parlors at our buffet restaurant ZurSteige.Our Buffet-Restaurant is located opposite of the hotel on the ground floor of the SteigenHaus.


You will find both Black Forest classics and many other cuisines on the menu. Of course we are never short of ambition, which is why we'd always like to offer you something extraordinary. And if you'd like, our kitchen chef also has the flexibility to prepare you a gourmet meal of your very own. You will find wines to compliment your food on our extensive wine list and, of course, in the well-stocked Hofgut Sternen cellar.
